The Context

This was an e-commerce brand in the clothing niche, more specifically, they carry a lot of clothing for women and children. This business is unique in that it also carries many other brands’ products, and has over 6,000 SKU’s on it’s website.

Like many of our clients, they were unable to get Facebook ads to “work” for them for several months. They were working with the third or fourth agency that promised the world, charged arbitrary retainer fees, and still didn’t know how to get ACTUAL results.

They were spending just a few thousand dollars each month and were unable to get anything above a 1.3 ROAS, which is below their breakeven ROAS (in other words, they were unprofitable and STILL had to pay agency retainers each month!).
